It's not just a name, they really do use a brick oven. Many have said the Brick Oven serves up some of the best pizza and pasta dishes in Austin. Sandwiches, stromboli's, appetizers, beer and wine can also be found on the menu. They also have a gluten free menu.

I have had the spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna and pizza. I love the taste and texture of their sauce. The best way to describe it is not too sweet, and not to tangy. I also like the red bell peppers and roma tomatoes they choose to use. I haven't had one but I do know others that say the stromboli's are very good. On the stromboli menu they have a veggie, italian with pepperoni and sausage, the southwest with chicken, jalapenos and onions. |
